PARTIAL PLANNING + DESIGN
Ideal for those who have begun planning but want professional support to refine the vision and bring everything together. Partial planning offers logistic guidance, design clarity, timeline management, vendor reccomendations and collaboration. Ensuring no detail is overlooked during the planning process.
EVENT DAY MANAGEMENT

For clients who have thoughtfully planned their event and want a trusted professional to execute the details seamlessly. Day-of management focuses on final logistics, vendor coordination and event oversight. With the details handled behind the scenes, you're free to soak in every moment.

BEHIND THE DESIGN
MEET BELLA
Event planning has always felt like a natural path for me. Growing up in Sonoma County, I was drawn to bringing people together and creating moments that felt thoughtful and meaningful. That lead me to California State University, Chico, where I studied Hospitality with an emphasis in Event Planning laying the foundation to my love for planning.
After graduating I went to work in sales and event management at a luxury hotel, where I refined my approach to seamless coordination and elevated guest experiences. Most recently planning my own wedding deepened my appreciation for the care, intention and trust that goes into such meaningful celebrations.
When I am not planning you'll likely find me spending time with my husband, Dylan and our sweet pup, Boston, dreaming of our next trip or trying a new restaurant.
